Food everywhere but in Emma

After lunch today, we made a trip to Wal-Mart for some urgently needed groceries. Once we were done there, we came back home to feed Emma. I decided that it was my turn for this. I lost my concentration for a moment – just as Emma decided to slam her hand down on the edge of the bowl. Food went everywhere! It was on the couch, the coffee table, the carpet, Zech and me! After the initial shock, Melissa and I both found it hugely amusing, and continued to laugh about it while we cleaned the mess up.
