It was my turn to get up with Emma this morning, so it was a relief that she waited until 5:30 to wake up. We had our usual quiet time together for a couple of hours until Zech came down at 7:00, and then Emma and I got Melissa up at 7:30.
We had a fairly busy morning. I had promised Melissa (and the house) that I would clean carpets today, and I did just that. I vacuumed and steam cleaned both the living room and den carpets, while Emma took a nap and Melissa did some schoolwork.
That wasn’t the only activity for the day, since I am on call this weekend. We were implementing the v18.0A patch today, so I had a part in that.
